Vegan Banana Bread

The most tasteful bread is BANANA BREAD! My favorite cake, with delicious ripe bananas, it’s easy to make, vegan, healthy and so yummy!

The preparation time is incredibly easy and quick and you only need one bowl! The batter literally comes together in less than around 5 minutes. Then the vegan banana bread only has to bake 40-45 minutes and afterwards just cool. If you bake the bread in the afternoon, you can already enjoy it by breakfast. But it’s also great if you want to keep it more days, you can easily freeze it, I wrap the vegan banana bread simply in baking paper first and then pack it in a freezer bag closed with a clip.

This is the best quick, easy vegan banana bread recipe! It’s healthy, soft, naturally sweetened, and simply delightful!

  1. First of all, preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare with vegan butter and flour a loaf pan. Also, you need only one large bowl.
  2. Into the bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork, add the plant-based milk, vegetable oil, brown sugar and lemon juice and stir them well, until sugar has melted.
  3. Then shift well all powders (flour, baking soda, baking powder) and put the salt and add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir them well to combine.
  4. At the end, add the nuts or choco chips, transfer the mixture to the prepared cake baking sheet sheet and if you want put 2 slices of banana on top.
  5. Bake for about 40-45 minutes to 180 degrees, until get a nice golden colour, well risen and a knife gently pressed into the bread comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool down for about 10 minutes into the loaf pan then, turn into a dish or cutting board to cool. When cold, cut in slices and enjoy with your coffee or tea.

Notes

  • If you want to make it even more moisture and softer, you can easily substitute with greek yogurt or with vegan yogurt.
  • Bake the bread uncovered for 30 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to 150 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. If it gets too dark, you can cover it with aluminium paper.
  • Keep the bread covered with in the fridge for about 3-4 or freeze for 4 weeks.
